Most clients choose to attend weekly or fortnightly, depending on what feels manageable and supportive for them. We’ll discuss this together and find a pace that suits your goals and circumstances.

All in-person sessions are held in my comfortable therapy room in Middlesbrough (pictured on this page). Free parking is available to make your visit more convenient and stress-free.
